Clarity International’s “Evolve” process is an important component in helping products and services maximise their potential. It addresses the reality that gauging the ideal User Experience is a constant process. Usability testing in the research and design phases provides feedback from strategically selected groups of potential users, and while this paints a fairly accurate picture of how the market will respond to our product or service, the picture is by no means complete.
“Evolve” provides the framework for continual analysis of the User Experience being had by actual users. With the contingency to gather feedback and quickly deliver any appropriate modifications, we can ensure the product can quickly respond to the market and deliver a maximised experience.
